How to start
This is an Osbrook ordinary request: speak with Hold the Tailor and accept it; the journal then shows the Find a Bear Pelt objective.

01 Accept the request
Speak with Hold the Tailor and accept the request. Refusing ends the current topic without enabling the handover check.

The required item must still be in the player's inventory at handover. Once its type and amount pass the check, Hold the Tailor's reward dialogue can settle the quest.

The handover consumes one bear pelt, grants 750 crowns, and calculates the Osbrook reputation change from a +100 base value.

Accepting or refusing is the branch that affects whether the task starts: refusal stays in ordinary chat, while acceptance exposes the handover check. Without the required item the completion option does not finish the task; with it, each request has one verified settlement result.
