How to start
This is an Osbrook ordinary request: speak with Ram the Drunkard and accept it; the journal then shows the Find a Bottle of Brandy objective.
Walkthrough
01 Accept the request
Speak with Ram the Drunkard and accept the request. Refusing ends the current topic without enabling the handover check.

The required item must still be in the player's inventory at handover. Once its type and amount pass the check, Ram the Drunkard's reward dialogue can settle the quest.

The handover consumes one bottle of brandy, grants a Fang Pendant with full durability, and calculates the Osbrook reputation change from a +25 base value.

Accepting or refusing is the branch that affects whether the task starts: refusal stays in ordinary chat, while acceptance exposes the handover check. Without the required item the completion option does not finish the task; with it, each request has one verified settlement result.
